AppleInsider reports that pre-orders of the iPhone 15 are up by 10% worldwide, year after year, with the sale of the iPhone Pro Max this year doing “exceptionally well.” The new Pro models are available in titanium rather than aluminum for the first time.
A video shared by JerryRigsEverything, a Youtuber who takes mobile devices apart to test their durability, showed that the titanium iPhone Pro bent easily—a feat that has never happened in any of the phones he has reviewed. The video clocked out at 3.1 views as of writing, but its effect on iPhone 15 Pro purchases seems to be minuscule compared to the demand of Apple users and fans alike.
